Playboy Mansion - Holmby Hills, Los Angeles, CA
This world-renowned mansion is the residence of Hugh Hefner, American magazine publisher, founder, and Chief Creative Officer of Playboy Enterprises. This property is Mr. Hefner’s primary residence and also functions as Playboy’s corporate activities center.

The English Tutor style Playboy Mansion’s main structure was originally built in the early 1920s. Alie Design and its affiliated company, BMI Construction, were responsible for the renovation and addition to this unusual corporate retreat.

There are over five acres of lush landscaped grounds with a mature grove of redwood trees, fern gardens, waterfalls, streams with koi fish, a greenhouse with orchids and tropical fish aquariums, and an aviary with exotic birds.

The Playboy Mansion has been the setting for many television show episodes that have kept the Playboy brand in the public eye for decades. The most photographed part of this unique residence is the man-made stone grotto, waterfall,
and swimming pool area.
