Executive Vice President, Director of Engineering for Alie Design Int’l Inc. Mr. Chang is responsible for overlooking the development of the engineering and construction of the projects.

For the past two decades, he had been working in Mainland China and Taiwan serving as CEO and key managing director of two major international engineering, building and real estate development companies.  

Mr. Chang’s expertise includes Structural engineering, value engineering, project management for mega real estate and land development. He served as Managing Director of construction for BES engineering Company, a publicly traded company in Taiwan with annual sales in excess of one billion US dollars. Some of the Projects included Metro Rapid Transit System in capital city, Taipei and National Highway project in Taiwan. His responsibilities also included heading subsidiary companies in Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Costa Rico and in the US.  

During the 1980’s Mr. Chang served as president and Managing Director of Jiuh Engineering Corporation and Managing Director of Golden harvest Development Corp, Real Estate Development Division. For ten years, he was responsible for the 1,250 acres new town development “Great Taipei”. It is a 6.5 billion US dollars real estate development project known as one of the most successful residential and commercial development in Taiwan. Mr. Chang formed joint ventures with some of Japan’s giant companies such as C. Itoh Company and Toyo Menka Kaisha. He was also the Managing Director for the landmark Taishing Bank Head quarters in Taipei by world premier architect, I. M. Pei and Structure engineering firm T. Y. Lin.

Mr. Chang received a Master of Science Degree in Structural Engineering from UCLA. He worked with C. F. Brown & Company in Los Angeles as Senior Project Engineer for seven years. During that time, he was responsible for engineering design, budgeting, troubleshooting and value engineering and for a billion-dollar engineering and construction projects in the United States, England Japan and Kuwait.
